Client Services
The Agency will use its best efforts to provide Clients with qualified candidates who meet the Client’s requirements. However, the Agency does not guarantee that it will be able to find a suitable candidate for every position. The Agency is not responsible for the hiring decisions of Clients.
Fees
The Agency charges a fee for its services. The fee will be based on the specific services provided and the difficulty of the position. The Agency will provide a fee quote to Clients before any services are performed.
Confidentiality
The Agency will maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained from Clients and Candidates, except as otherwise required by law or as necessary to provide the Agency’s services.
Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, even if the Agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
